Curious About Ignatian Spirituality?
After spending time with us, you will recognize why we love Ignatian spirituality. There’s something about the step-by-step process and the magic of meeting yourself where you’re at makes this one of the most powerful tools for self-growth, spiritual exploration, and leadership development.
St. Ignatius was looked as one of the earliest practical psychologists because of the work he has done within himself. He has shared experience and created game changers throughout the world. The secret of his success came down to his ability to transform his friends’ interior world and overcame fears to do great things.
So in a sense, we thank you for taking on the uncertainties and embarking on this journey with us. Many of you are on this journey with us because of our friendship. We thank you for trusting us in our crazy dreams of making the world better!

Why Do We Focus On Identity?
Simply, if we don’t truly know ourselves, we can't expect to live our purpose, make an impact in the world, and create meaningful relationships with ourselves and others. We are taught in a code to believe that there is one way to be successful.
Often times, society gauges success by how much money you make. This would be to presumably be to be able to provide for a family. This translates into whether you are deemed worthy. That way of thinking is very backward because the focus is outside ourselves.
If we were to truly start from within, what happens is that we find alignment and purpose. We will also find the courage and you also find the connection to the greater divine. So we focus on leadership and identity because if you don’t know who you are and what you stand for then you’ll fall for everything.

Why is Leadership Important?
We’re talking about giving time and space for people to practice leadership. Leadership isn’t about a figure coming down to save us! (Sorry Jesus!) It’s more about how to take our humanness and do the work to become something Magis-stic or greater. Did you know there can be a process to grow your leadership? However, that work is done more on the inside of yourself than on the outside. Anyone can follow a checklist of what to do (men are guilty of this), but the heart of the work is what makes a leader a leader.
